Hi! Welcome to Roam, Sip, Repeat! My name is Ashley, and I’m so glad you’re here.
I’ve always loved traveling with my husband, Zech, and that passion is what inspired me to start this blog. Initially, it was meant to be a personal diary to capture our adventures, but I realized—why not share the journey with others along the way?
We currently live in Nevada with our two German Shepherds, Max and Maverick (a.k.a. “the bois”), and our feisty Tortie cat, Luna. At 31, I’m working a 9-to-5, but this blog has become my creative outlet—my “5-to-9,” as I like to call it. After feeling stuck in a routine and craving more creativity and adventure, I decided to take a leap and start this journey.
I’m also a self-proclaimed local coffeehouse enthusiast, always on the hunt for charming small shops wherever we go (hence the “sip” in the name). Supporting local businesses is one of my favorite ways to connect with new places.
Through Roam, Sip, Repeat, I hope to inspire others to explore—whether it’s a weekend trip nearby or a big adventure abroad. My goal is to build a welcoming community where travelers of all kinds can share their stories and experiences. So whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned wanderer, I’m here to share tips, insights, and a bit of encouragement to help you embrace the journey.
